Trauma Therapy/EMDR
Trauma treatment is therapy that helps people overcome the psychological trauma from an event that may have happened recently or long ago. EMDR one such evidenced-based treatment. Both children and adults can experience trauma at any age. What is traumatizing for one person may not be traumatizing for another, trauma is very personal and your trauma treatment is also.
I specialize in trauma in parents of very young children, for example, traumatic births, NICU experiences, pregnancy loss and infant death, or adjusting to a child with a disability. If you have experienced a parental trauma, there is help. You can feel strong, whole and competent.
